At the sold-out Concert for Carolina on October 26, an emotional birthday surprise turned the night into something unforgettable. As Keith Urban wrapped up his set, wife Nicole Kidman made a surprise entrance, locking eyes with him and whispering something that made him freeze—then sang with such raw emotion the concert shifted into a love story under the lights.
Kidman shared how proud she and Urban were to be in Charlotte, helping those affected by Hurricane Helene. She also highlighted Urban’s 57th birthday, saying he was thrilled to spend it performing for a cause he believes in.
Moments later, Eric Church joined them onstage, leading the crowd in singing “Happy Birthday.” Urban, clearly touched, smiled through the moment. Church then stayed for a duet of “Raise ‘Em Up.”
The star-studded event, spearheaded by Luke Combs, raised funds for multiple charities, including Chief Cares Foundation, Samaritan’s Purse, and local food banks.
